| Mr. Joseph Grosso Position: President, CEO and Director Mr. Grosso became one of the early pioneers of the mining sector in Argentina in 1993 when mining was opened to foreign investment. His knowledge of Argentina and his Latin background were instrumental in attracting a premier team which led to the acquisition of key properties in Argentina and the successful negotiations with Viceroy Resource Co. Mr. Grosso was the creator and founder of Minas Argentinas S.A. His specialty is financing, corporate and marketing strategy. Mr. Grosso is founder and President of Grosso Group Management Ltd., a company providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies. He is President of Oxbow International Marketing Corp., a Vancouver-based company providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies in B.C. Mr. Grosso has a long standing relationship with Argentina through both business dealings and family ties. This relationship has permitted him to become acquainted with the different aspects of doing business throughout North and South America. | |
| Dr. David Terry, P.Geo. Position: Senior VP Exploration and Director Dr. Terry's extensive experience has focused on exploration for a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits throughout North and South America. His experience has included international project management, management of exploration programs for both major and junior mining companies, as well as independent consulting assignments. He was formerly a Regional Geologist with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines and has worked for numerous mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation. Dr. Terry is a registered professional geoscientist and brings to his role in the Company over 15 years of international experience in the mineral exploration and mineral deposit research sectors. | |
| Mr. Arthur (Art) Lang, B.Comm., C.A. Position: CFO and Director Mr. Lang is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 25 years of financial management and business development experience. Before joining IMA he operated a private consulting company that provided financial management services to a variety of clients. He brings this extensive background experience to assists the Board in dealing with financial and corporate strategy matters. | |
| Mr. Robert Stuart "Tookie" Angus Position: Director Mr. Angus is presently an independent business consultant to the mining industry. Formerly, he was Managing Director - Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm's Global Mining Group. For over 25 years, he has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. | |
| Mr. Leonard Harris Position: Director Mr. Harris' vast experience in South America complements IMA's long-standing presence in Argentina. For 21 years he worked with Newmont Mining Corp., holding numerous positions, including General Manager of Newmont Latin America. Presently, he is Chairman of Resource Development Inc. and Chairman Emeritus of the Mining, Energy and Petroleum Task Force, Chamber of the Americas. Mr. Harris has received numerous awards, including the MMSA Gold Medal, Western Mining Hall of Fame Medal of Merit, Newmont Chairman Award, the Peruvian Society of Engineers, Engineer of the Year Award and the Peruvian College of Journalism Award. He is a Legion of Honor Member of SME and received from SME/AIME the Saunders Gold Medal, Krumb Lecturer, President's Citation, Distinguished Member and Arthur C. Daman Lifetime Achievement awards. | |

| Mr. Jerry Minni, C.G.A. Position: Director Mr. Minni has an accomplished record in business investments and corporate reorganizations. He was one of the founding partners of the firm Minni, Bella & Co., Certified General Accountants in Vancouver, BC. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Minni has been active in the venture capital markets and has held various positions as officer and director of various reporting companies. | |
| Mr. Nikolaos Cacos, M.I.M. Position: Vice President Corporate Development Mr. Cacos brings over 14 years of management expertise in the mineral exploration industry. His career includes administration and strategic planning for public companies in a diverse range of industries. Mr. Cacos currently serves as an officer and director of a number of TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. He holds a Master of International Management degree from Heidelberg, Germany and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia. | |
