Why the urgency?

The market has not yet recognized the vastly discounted share price and the opportunity that exists with the $24M treasury. With this cash we are well-positioned to take advantage of the current mining and exploration consolidation which offers asset acquisition at discounted prices.
Looking at our first acquisition, IMA was able to acquire the resources for $0.01 per in-situ pound of copper. Many brokerage firms currently value copper resources between $0.02 and $0.05 per in-situ pound in the ground.
